Abstract

A brief summary of the article

A short blurb on why I’ve not said much recently

Content

Main article body

It may or may not have gone unnoticed that nothing much is going on around here lately, there are two reasons for this. Firstly, a supreme amount of laziness – can’t be helped. Secondly, I’ve been thinking long and hard about how to redevelop this site. I’m not happy with the way content is represented on the site which makes me extremely reluctant to add anything new until I’ve reworked some things.

I’ve had ideas for things to talk about but it would be impossible to display them how I feel they need to be displayed within the current framework of the site. I’ve come up with an appearance I like for the blog/articles pages, so now I just have to sort out the other areas of the site; ideally this will happen before I get bored of the new design and start over…

    I think your design is amazing personally.

    Though I can understand the laziness thing, I supposed to be working right now :P

    Content trumps design. Write now, publish soon, and push pixels later.

    Hi there! I stumbled across your Gridmaker for Photoshop, and just wondered – is there any way to get it to export the sections of the grid to png files? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part?

    “supreme amount of laziness” is nothing new for me too.

    @Robby

    Maybe content trumps aesthetics, but I believe that design is just as integral.

    I have; however, saved your comment for further reference – it is too often forgotten (by me!)

    @Andrew

    I love the way the site looks, I wouldn’t be worrying about that!

    Talented, for sure.

    This site looks ok as it is, but I feel that the content will always beat out looks. I dabble in some designs and I would always be focused on how my sites look as opposed to actually adding content lol. Anyway, we await your return.
